Born in Belgium raised all over Northern, Western and Southern Europe, Will has experienced many different cultures, habitats and environments throughout his early life. At age six, he started singing in his local boys choir in Belgium, and quickly rose to the top of the crop. By age ten Will had already performed in France, Germany, Czechia, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands with the choir.
With his love for movies, film and TV came a natural curiosity for acting, so a natural step forward in his young career was joining the Flemish National Opera at age eleven. After three successful years performing with the Opera, Will and his family moved permanently to Italy where he started getting involved with Shakespeare plays, pantomimes, musical theater and modern plays. It was due to this involvement with English-language based theater that Will decided to move to the UK at age eighteen, and study at UCL and LAMDA, where he further honed his singing, dancing and acting skills on West-End stages, off-West-End stages and even at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
He then moved to NYC to take another big step in his training, studying Musical Theater and Film Acting at the NYFA Conservatory. Here Will further improved on his acting and accent adoption abilities, eventually going on to train at Fiasco Theater and with Knight Thompson Speechwork as well to become the fully fletched actor, speech and dialect coach that he is today.
Will’s work since then has spanned theater, film, and TV, with credits that include Two Princes (Joe’s Pub & 54 Below), Kiss It, Make It Better (New Ohio Theater), Eyes of a Blue Dog (Dixon Place), and The Twelve Dates of Christmas (Davenport Theater). On-screen, he has appeared in The Night Agent: Season 2, Let Mercy Come (dir. Andrew Serban), and The Ghosts of Ethan Dean (dir. Chad Larabee).
In addition to his performing credits, Will is an experienced speech and dialect coach, extensively trained in Knight-Thompson Speechwork, and currently serves as the Head of Accents and Dialects at The Prep NJ and the Prep NY.
Privately, he has coached numerous productions including Matilda, Billy Elliot, The Weir, The Audience, Three by Tennessee, Seeds: A Tapestry in Five Scenes, Once: the musical, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, etc.
